Radical IT delivers complex software in environments where things aren't straightforward, working directly with teams to turn ideas into working products. We combine hands-on delivery with Agile Team Builder, training and certifying teams while they build, so capability grows alongside the work rather than being bolted on afterwards.
That means getting into the detail early, understanding what success looks like, and shaping how the team works so progress is steady, visible, and under control. We don't rely on theory or introduce process for the sake of it, we focus on how work actually flows, how decisions are made, and where things tend to stall under pressure.

From early shaping through to live delivery, we stay close to the work, adapting as things change and making sure effort stays aligned to what matters.

Agile Coach and Team Lead
With over 20 years’ full software lifecycle experience, Simon builds and leads high-impact software teams. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, he plans agile sprints and delivers outcome-based MVPs. He champions self-organising, accountable teams that honour agreed ways of working.
Paul Graham
Head of Frontend & UX
Paul is our senior frontend engineer, and leads on user engagement and frontend development. He's able to turn complicated user journeys into clear, easy to use, functionality.
Dmitry Panov
Head of Backend
Dmitry is the team's chief software architect responsible for overall architectural design and lead back end engineer. He's also the team's DevOps lead, specialising in cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (AWS, Azure).
Sarah Modeste
Scrum Master and Quality Assurance
Sarah is an experienced Certified Scrum Master who leads, coordinates and facilitates the delivery of our projects.
She is skilled at manually testing various software to ensure it meets Radical IT's high-quality standards.
Darren Tarrant
Backend / Full Stack
Darren is a senior full-stack engineer with over 20 years experience. Equally comfortable in backend and frontend, Darren has designed and built many solutions across a multitude of industries. He is well-versed in various languages and frameworks like Node, Typescript, Java and Spring, React, Angular, Vue and Svelte. In his spare time, Darren enjoys taking on DIY projects and spending time with his family.
Wendy Smyth
Business Analyst
Wendy has extensive experience across business architecture and analysis, user research and product management. She bridges the gap between business and technical domains, engaging with users and managers to identify needs and understand strategic goals, and development teams in designing and delivering innovative and practical solutions that solve real business problems.
Pete Hunting
Frontend & Design
Pete is our frontend engineer, responsible for UI visual design and engaging interaction, he also has many years of technical frontend development, and is also our lead graphic designer.
James Grogan
Frontend / Full Stack
James is a software engineer specializing in web development. He has experience working on a range of projects within the professional services sector, delivering both internal tools and customer-facing web applications.
Gabriel Osinibi
Lead Automation Engineer
Gabriel specialises in creating automation frameworks for highly complex, enterprise, multi-tier projects. ISTQB/ISEB certified, Gabriel has extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver (BDD/PageObject) and Cucumber.
